Product R&D/Structural Engineer

Job requirements:

1.25-40 years old, requires a full-time college degree or above in mechanical design/mechanical manufacturing/electromechanical and other related majors;

2. Familiar with the charging gun industry.

3.At least 3.3 years of experience in electrical connector design, with experience in designing charging guns, sockets, or high-voltage high current connectors preferred;

4. Understand various mold structures, injection molding processes, and machining processes;

5. Familiar with the characteristics and surface treatment methods of various engineering materials;

6. Familiar with connector product testing requirements and methods;


7. Familiar with TS16949 process, APQP, FMEA;

8. Proficient in operating 3D and 2D software.

Assistant Engineer

Job Description:

Assist product engineers in the design and development of new energy vehicle charging guns and seats, mass production, including drawing, BOM matching, and production line problem handling.

Specific requirements:

1. Proficient in mechanical drawing and principles, clear logical thinking, effective and good sense of 3D space, proficient in 2D and 3D drawing;

2. Full time undergraduate degree or above, with at least one year of relevant work experience;

3. Require strong work initiative and a willingness to learn and make progress.


Purchasing staff

Job requirements:

1. Familiar with the mold processing process and market situation, familiar with electronic components, plastics, hardware materials, or having relevant procurement experience is preferred;

2. Familiar with the procurement process of goods and the supplier management process;

3. Have a sense of cost control and a strong ability to cope with emergencies;

4. Possess certain data analysis skills and good communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for issuing purchase orders, following up on delivery, after-sales service (handling abnormal incoming materials, supplier returns and replenishment), and providing information feedback;

2. Analyze delivery data, develop delivery strategies, communicate well with PMC, control material inventory, and adjust delivery plans in a timely manner;

3. Responsible for supplier management and relationship maintenance, establishing good delivery habits for suppliers;

4. Follow the principles of appropriate pricing, timely and appropriate procurement;

5. Understand the market prices of the materials responsible, the sources of relevant material markets, and conduct regular market research to reduce procurement costs. 4. Establish and improve equipment repair and maintenance records;

6. Conduct inspections of production equipment and provide regular operational training for production personnel;

7.Experience in overall design, development, and related software programming of automated production lines is preferred;
